Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint to serve as a customer-facing endpoint security expert.

The role requires a consultative approach to security projects and an understanding of how security technologies enable business, with development of new security services offerings for customer opportunities. This is a remote position requiring residence in the Northeast region of the US as determined by SHI management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years experience in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• Advanced certifications in CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CPT, CWSP, CCNP Security or CCIE Security preferred.
• Travel to client locations up to 20% for meetings and engagements.
• Extended hours may be required for special projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIO, CSO, CISO, Security Engineers and procurement to strengthen customer relationships.
• Learn SHI service offerings across solution practice areas via training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies.
• Stay current on new technologies, trends, and market landscape.
• Engage in lab work to increase knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral for cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Develop use cases in SHI lab to support sales engagements.
