SHI International Corp. is seeking a remote Presales Solutions Engineer - Endpoint focused on customer-facing security engagements in the Northeast US.

The role requires consultative security expertise and ability to deliver new security service offerings while collaborating with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, and security engineers. You will drive cybersecurity solution discussions, develop collateral, and present tailored content to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• Travel to client locations up to 20% for meetings and engagements.
• Extended hours for special projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand SHI’s service offerings across solution practices through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies.
• Engage in self-study and lab work to improve knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral for cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Present engaging presentations tailored to audience and context.
• Manage complex tasks and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate multiple projects and delegate tasks as needed.
• Build relationships to expand networks and strengthen customer relationships.
• Communicate and sell complex technical products by understanding customer needs and articulating value.
