SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint to serve as a customer-facing endpoint security expert. This role involves a consultative approach to security projects and developing new security services offerings.

The position is remote and required to reside in the US Northeast region for business needs. You will collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen client relationships, learn SHI’s security offerings, and educate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIO/CSO/CISOs and security engineers to strengthen customer relationships.
• Understand SHI's security offerings across solution practices through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies through various training formats.
• Stay current on technology trends and market landscape to inform engagements.
• Engage in lab-based self-study to increase job-related knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to assist with cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Develop use cases in SHI labs to support sales engagements.
