Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a remote Presales Solutions Engineer - Endpoint to act as a customer-facing security expert. You will lead consultative cybersecurity engagements, develop security service offerings, and collaborate with sales to articulate value and drive opportunities.

Based in the Northeast US, you will work with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers, and procurement to align goals, deliver compelling presentations, and ensure quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CPT, CWSP, CCNP Security, CCIE Security or relevant certifications.
• Travel to client locations up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand SHI’s service offerings across solution practice areas through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies.
• Engage in lab work to increase job-related knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to assist with cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Present and tailor content for different audiences and mediums.
• Coordinate multiple projects and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams to expand opportunities.
• Communicate and sell complex security products by understanding customer needs.
