Job summary

DoorDash seeks an Associate of Emerging Retail Partnerships to manage and grow merchant partnerships in a fast-paced team. You will own day-to-day partner relations, run merchant calls, and develop materials that tell the account story.

You will use data to flag trends, inform growth opportunities, and support upsells, renewals, and go-to-market inputs. This role reports to the Associate Manager and collaborates with Sales, Ops, Legal and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of client-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, logistics or parcel industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with enterprise retailers and ecommerce logistics providers.
• Lead merchant calls and business reviews, and build the account materials.
• Turn insights into growth by flagging trends and using data.
• Support upsells, cross-sells, expansions, and renewals with strong product knowledge.
• Learn fast, communicate clearly, and gain visibility with leadership.
