Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate of Emerging Retail Partnerships to support day-to-day management of merchant partners and help them grow with DoorDash. This role offers ground-floor exposure to our parcel logistics bet within a startup pace and the backing of a public company.

You will report to the Associate Manager of Emerging Retail Partnerships and collaborate with account leads across Sales, Operations, Legal and Finance to drive growth and deliver value to strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of client-facing experience.
• Experience in the retail, logistics or parcel industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with leading enterprise retailers and ecommerce logistics providers.
• Lead merchant calls and business reviews with preparation of presentations and materials.
• Turn insights into growth by flagging trends and opportunities and raising issues with suggested next steps.
• Support upsells, cross-sells, expansions, launches and renewals for mutual benefit.
• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Legal and Finance and communicate with leadership to drive growth.
