Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate of Emerging Retail Partnerships to support the day-to-day management of merchant partners and help them grow with DoorDash. This role sits at the ground floor of a high-growth retail and parcel logistics initiative, reporting to the Associate Manager of Emerging Retail Partnerships within Merchant Business Development.

You will own relationships with leading enterprise retailers, lead calls and reviews, and translate insights into growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of client-facing experience.
• Experience in retail, logistics or parcel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with enterprise retailers and logistics partners and drive growth.
• Lead merchant calls, business reviews, and prepare presentations.
• Resolve issues using data, flag trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Support upsells, cross-sells, launches and renewals to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Ops, Legal and Finance.
