Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of client-facing experience.
• Experience in retail, logistics or parcel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with enterprise retailers and logistics partners; be the day-to-day point of contact and grow partnerships.
• Lead merchant calls and business reviews; develop presentations and materials that tell the account story.
• Turn insights into growth; use data to flag trends and identify growth opportunities.
