DoorDash, Inc. is seeking an Associate of Emerging Retail Partnerships in Seattle to support day-to-day management of merchant partners and help them grow with DoorDash.

This role offers ground-floor exposure to a fast-growing area focused on parcel logistics, with the backing of a public company. You will report to the Associate Manager of Emerging Retail Partnerships within our Merchant Business Development team, own relationships with enterprise retailers, and work with Sales, Operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of client-facing experience.
• Experience in retail, logistics or parcel industry.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with enterprise retailers and ecommerce logistics partners.
• Lead merchant calls, business reviews, and prepare compelling presentations.
• Turn insights into growth by flagging trends and opportunities.
• Support upsells, expansions, renewals, and shape roadmaps with data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal and Finance for alignment.
