Job summary

DoorDash seeks an Associate of Emerging Retail Partnerships to manage merchant partners and help them grow within parcel logistics. You will work across multiple cities and report to the Associate Manager of Emerging Retail Partnerships, collaborating with account leads and cross-functional teams.

You will own relationships with enterprise retailers, lead merchant conversations, turn insights into growth, and help shape roadmap through market feedback and data-driven analyses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing experience.
• Experience in retail, logistics, or parcel industries is a plus.
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with leading enterprise retailers and ecommerce logistics providers.
• Lead the conversation with merchant calls and business reviews.
• Turn insights into growth using merchant data and playbooks.
• Flex negotiating skills to support upsells, expansions and renewals.
• Learn fast and be seen by senior stakeholders across functions.
