Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Retail Partnerships Senior Associate to guide nationwide retailer and CPG partnerships. You will report to a Sr. Manager, Retail Partnerships and will balance remote work, office time, and travel to merchant visits.

You’ll drive growth for the merchant portfolio, work with product to prioritize features, and manage large rollout projects across stores. Strong analytics, field testing, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead on strategic growth initiatives for your Mx portfolio
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize features for merchants, dashers & customers
• Project manage rollout of hundreds of stores across the country
• Design marketing and promotional campaigns for new, returning or churned customers
• Go into the field to perform test deliveries
• Gather insights on consumer behavior and shopping patterns
• Lead special projects to improve partner operations
