DoorDash, Inc. is seeking an Associate of Emerging Retail Partnerships to support day-to-day management of merchant partners and help them grow with DoorDash in the parcel logistics space.

You will report to the Associate Manager within Merchant Business Development and work with account leads across the company, running merchant calls and preparing presentations to tell the story of the account.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
• Experience in retail, logistics or parcel industry is desirable.
• Fast-paced or startup experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own relationships with enterprise retailers and ecommerce logistics providers.
• Lead merchant calls and business reviews, and create presentations.
• Turn insights into growth using data and merchant feedback.
• Support upsells, cross-sells, expansions and renewals with product knowledge.
