Codale Electric Supply is excited to offer the Sonepar STEP program in Utah. This 12-month rotational training educates and develops emerging professionals with hands-on exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and more.

Beginning in June 2027, participants rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.
