Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, offers the STEP Associate program in Council Bluffs, IA. This 12-month rotational program trains emerging professionals across logistics, sales, procurement, and project management, with on-the-job and residency experiences.

You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Outside Sales/Specialty Track, and participate in team-building and full-travel rotations across locations, starting June 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Rotations in Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Exposure to team-building activities and travel to different locations.
• Experience in on-the-job, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips.
