Echo Electric, a Sonepar USA company, is seeking emerging professionals for its 12-month STEP rotational program designed to develop skills across logistics, sales, marketing, and project execution.

You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions, and Outside Sales, with hands-on training, site exposure, mentoring, and a final presentation to the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
