Sonepar USA Inc in Denver offers the STEP program, a 12-month rotational training designed to educate, train, and develop skills across our business. You will gain hands-on experience in operations, sales strategies, procurement, and E‑Commerce while living our culture of Performance, People, Customers, and Sustainability.

The core rotations are Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E‑Commerce, and Outside Sales.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Enthusiastic/self-starter attitude with strong communication, time management and leadership skills
• Flexible and adaptable team player
