Job summary

Sonepar USA Inc., via Irby Utilities, invites you to join the STEP program starting June 2027. This dynamic rotational program educates, trains, and develops emerging professionals with on-the-job learning, e-learning, expert training, and residency trips.

You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics Operations, Inside and Outside Sales, Corporate Operations, and Analytics, with exposure to site and corporate operations, and you will present to the Executive Leadership team on key initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic, self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Warehouse/Logistics Operations, Inside Sales, Corporate Operations, Outside Sales, and Role Specialization.
• Exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, analytics.
• Present to Executive Leadership on key initiatives at program conclusion.
