The program starts in June 2027, requires a BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, a minimum GPA of 3.0, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be a self-starter with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• 12-month rotational program with exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management and E-Commerce.
• On-the-job and mentor-based training culminating in a presentation to Executive Leadership.
• Opportunities for travel to company locations as part of the program.
