Job summary

Cooper Electric Supply, LLC, part of the Sonepar group, offers a 12-month STEP program designed to educate, train, and develop emerging professionals across operations, sales, marketing, and digital solutions. The program begins in June 2027 and includes on-the-job learning, e-learning, and residency trips.

Participants gain hands-on experience through rotations in Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions, and Outside Sales, with full-time scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Rotations include Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Supports team-building activities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Engages in mentorship and learning experiences across site and corporate operations.
