Job summary

Cooper Electric Supply, LLC is launching a 12-month STEP program designed to educate, train, and develop emerging professionals across Warehousing, Inside Sales, Projects, Marketing, and Outside Sales in the Central NJ footprint.

You will gain hands-on experience in operations, procurement, and e-commerce, with exposure to site and corporate teams and a final presentation to leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in a related field required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be enthusiastic, self-starter with strong communication and leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Engage in 12-month rotational program across Warehousing, Inside Sales, Projects, Marketing, and Outside Sales.
• Gain hands-on exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, and e-commerce.
• Present to Executive Leadership on key strategic initiatives at program end.
