You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales tracks, with opportunities to present to the Executive Leadership team at

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across core business areas: Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Present to the Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives at program end.
• On-the-job learning, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips.
