You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales/Specialty tracks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 12-month STEP rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals.
• Gain hands-on experience across site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the operating companies' business philosophy.
• Present to Executive Leadership on key strategic initiatives at program conclusion.
