Job summary

Echo Electric, a Sonepar-brand distributor, offers the STEP program—a 12-month rotational track designed to develop early-career professionals. You'll rotate through warehouse/logistics, inside/outside sales, marketing, and project quotations while receiving formal training and mentorship.

Beginning in June 2027, participants gain hands-on experience across operations, sales, e-commerce, and procurement, with opportunities to present strategic initiatives to leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, supply chain, engineering, sales or marketing required.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is expected.
• Candidate should be a self-starter with strong communication and leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month dynamic rotational program across multiple functions.
• Gain hands-on experience in site and corporate operations, sales, procurement, and e-commerce.
• Engage in mentor-led development and present to executives on initiatives.
• Travel for residency trips and participate in specialized training.
