You will experience on-the-job training, e-learning, and residency trips while contributing to ongoing projects.

The program emphasizes teamwork, strategic thinking, and exposure to both site and corporate operations, with presentations to leadership at the end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field is required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated self-starter attitude with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent time management, analytics, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a 12-month rotational program across multiple business areas.
• Gain hands-on experience in site and corporate operations, sales, procurement, and e-commerce.
• Present key strategic initiatives to Executive Leadership at program end.
• Participate in team-building and cross-functional assignments.
