Job summary

Buckle in Antioch, TN is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive guest service, sales and merchandising excellence, while recruiting and developing teammates to uphold Buckle’s standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, showmanship in product presentation, loss prevention, and maintaining daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in sales, merchandising, and operational tasks as directed by store management.
• Lead by example in customer service, product presentation, and loss prevention practices.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards and goals.
• Assist in driving sales, wear the SPG guidelines, and maintain a clean, organized store.
