Job summary

Buckle is seeking a motivated Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support store leadership and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandise execution, and guest engagement.

In this role you will recruit and train Teammates, uphold Buckle standards, and lead daily operations to ensure a positive, efficient, and well‑presented store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in customer service and sales presentations.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Oversee daily store operations, visual standards and loss prevention controls.
