Job summary

Buckle in Nashville is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help fulfill our mission: creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. The role covers sales, merchandising and operations, collaborating with the Store Manager to drive sales, recruit teammates and provide leadership.

Essential duties include greeting Guests, answering questions, recommending products, and demonstrating product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and related retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teammates in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and excellent customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies and security practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
