Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support store leadership, drive sales, and oversee daily operations in our Chattanooga location.

You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership, training, and guidance across departments including merchandising, guest service, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service while meeting sales goals
• Develop guest experience through product knowledge and SPG usage
• Recruit, train and mentor Teammates to meet Buckle standards
• Lead visual merchandising, floor sets, and product placement according to plan
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Leadership Team on operations, scheduling, and security
