The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the store’s mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

This role blends sales, merchandising and daily operations, working closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates and provide leadership. You will guide front-line teammates, execute visual standards, manage guest interactions, and participate in training, scheduling and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in sales, merchandising, and store operations per leadership direction.
• Recruit and train new teammates with leadership guidance.
• Maintain visual standards and product placement.
• Follow loss prevention guidelines and keep the store secure.
• Operate POS and handle returns/exchanges per policy.
• Support scheduling, opening/closing, and guest relations.
