Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader in Antioch, TN to drive guest service and sales while supporting store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, executing merchandising plans, and maintaining Buckle’s standards across the store, while staying engaged with guests and driving performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Customer service and sales-oriented.
• Willingness to lead and train teammates.
