Job summary

Buckle in Nashville is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive the guest experience and store performance. You will lead sales, merchandising, and operations under the Store Manager and Leadership Team, recruiting new Teammates and demonstrating showmanship on the sales floor.
