Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, lead Teammates and uphold Buckle’s guest-first culture. The role collaborates with Store Management to recruit, train and motivate the team while maintaining visual standards and exceptional customer service across all store areas.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, loss-prevention discipline, and a strong focus on achieving sales goals through coaching and showroom excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests in locating merchandise and answer questions.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service.
• Recruit and train Teammates; maintain department standards.
• Maintain a clean, shoppable store and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Complete opening/closing checklists and POS procedures.
