Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support our mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, assist the Store Manager and Leadership Team, and help recruit new Teammates.

In this full-time role, you’ll lead by example on the sales floor, coach teammates, manage store operations, and ensure Buckle’s standards for presentation, service and loss prevention are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent retail experience.
• Proven customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and develop Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly service and provide legendary guest experience.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and inventory control.
• Recruit and onboard new Teammates; lead by example on the sales floor.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and maintain Buckle standards.
