The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, product knowledge, and team development while maintaining Buckle’s standards across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related retail experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests in locating merchandise and answering store questions.
• Lead by example with showmanship and strong customer service across the store areas.
