Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising, and store operations. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership on the floor.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, educating customers on products, maintaining Visual Standards, and leading by example with exceptional service and team coaching. This role emphasizes showmanship and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Lead by example with a high level of showmanship and customer service.
• Maintain a clean, shoppable store and follow store policies.
