MaintainX is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our Account Management team, guiding Emerging Market Account Managers to meet and exceed targets. You will coach, mentor, and set performance expectations while shaping processes, forecasts, and outbound strategies to drive revenue growth.

You will manage direct reports, hire and develop talent, and provide regular feedback to improve skills and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading Account Management teams.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing talented individuals.
• Passion for coaching, motivating, and mentoring others.
• Track record of success in sales leadership within a SaaS or B2B organization.
• Strong ability to turn metrics into actionable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the team and implement efficient processes.
• Own people management tasks for direct reports including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting on future pipeline.
• Expand outbound sales programs to hit revenue targets.
• Provide weekly reporting on team performance, wins, and strategic initiatives.
