Paycom is seeking Emerging Markets Account Representatives to hold meetings with incoming leads, secure new emerging market accounts, and guide small market implementations to 100% usage of Paycom.

You will lead projects with internal and external stakeholders, deliver implementation plans, onboard clients, and ensure on-time delivery while driving strong adoption and customer satisfaction.

• Experience selling to small business accounts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Set meetings with incoming small market leads to demo Paycom.
• Analyze the needs of incoming small market clients and quote pricing accordingly.
• Lead the implementation of the Paycom system with best practices.
• Define a detailed implementation plan to achieve 100% employee usage.
• Onboard new clients and map their current processes to improve efficiency.
