MaintainX, a world-leading AI-powered maintenance platform, is hiring an Account Executive in Raleigh, NC. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting US English-speaking customers.

You’ll build pipeline, run discovery calls, deliver product demos, and sign new logos every month. We expect 2+ years of B2B sales success, proven closing ability, and the willingness to prospect and own your pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of total B2B sales experience.
• Documented success as a closer.
• Ability to articulate metrics and data.
• Willingness to prospect and own your pipeline.

Responsibilities

• New Logo Sales – close new accounts and hit targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Prospecting – contribute to pipeline with self-outbound efforts.
• Lead Conversion – nurture warm leads from discovery to close.
• Presentation – deliver discovery calls, high-level product demos, and closing calls.
• Forecast – forecast monthly and quarterly with +/-15% accuracy.
• Organize – manage multiple leads, demos, proposals, and follow-ups.
