Job summary

Analogic is seeking a technical expert to serve as the primary contact for customers and distributors in Europe, providing pre-sales support, installation guidance, and training. You will analyze requirements, present proposals, and troubleshoot to ensure high performance across our motion-control solutions.

The role involves on-site and in-house training, collaboration with sales teams, and travel within the EMEA region, with occasional trips to the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Three to five years of relevant technical experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region and occasionally to the United States

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical point of contact in Europe for customers and distributors
• Provide pre-sales technical support including guidance on product pricing and delivery
• Analyze customer requirements and present proposals during design reviews
• Support installation and startup; develop installation and test procedures
• Troubleshoot product performance issues and recommend repairs or replacements
• Advise on product applications, upgrades and modifications
• Deliver on-site and in-house product training for sales teams and customers
• Build demonstration equipment for trade shows and training sessions
• Attend trade shows and perform technical discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Identify market trends and inform future product development
