Job summary

Analogic is seeking an experienced technical field professional to serve as the primary technical contact in Europe. You will provide pre-sales support, analyze customer requirements, and present proposals for non-standard features during design reviews.

You will support installation, startup, and training, troubleshoot issues, and advise on upgrades to improve utilization. Occasional travel to the United States may be required as part of collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant technical experience.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments.
• Capable of performing under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Fluency in English; second language is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the EMEA region, with occasional travel to the United States.

Job description

• Provide pre-sales technical support to distributors, customers, and sales colleagues, including application guidance and input related to product pricing and delivery.
• Analyze customers' technical requirements, recommend appropriate products, and present proposals during design reviews for non-standard features or solutions.
• Support product installation and startup, and develop clear installation and test procedures that promote correct operation.
• Troubleshoot product-performance issues, identify root causes, and recommend repair or replacement when appropriate.
• Advise customers on product applications, upgrades, and modifications that can improve utilization and efficiency.
• Deliver on-site and in-house product training for sales teams, distributors, and customers.
• Build demonstration equipment for trade shows, customer training, and technical projects to showcase product features and capabilities.
• Attend trade shows and provide technical discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Identify market trends and customer needs, contribute to competitive analysis, and help inform future product development.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
