Job summary

Analogic is seeking an experienced technical field professional to serve as the primary technical contact in Europe. You will provide pre-sales support, analyze customer requirements, and present proposals for non-standard features during design reviews.

You will support installation, startup, and training, troubleshoot issues, and advise on upgrades to improve utilization. Occasional travel to the United States may be required as part of collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant technical experience.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments.
• Capable of performing under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Fluency in English; second language is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the EMEA region, with occasional travel to the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical POC in Europe, addressing customer and distributor needs.
• Provide pre-sales technical support including application guidance and pricing input.
• Analyze requirements and present proposals during reviews for non-standard features.
• Support installation and startup, and develop clear procedures.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and recommend repair or replacement.
• Advise on products, upgrades, and modifications to improve utilization.
• Deliver on-site and in-house product training for sales teams and customers.
• Build demonstration equipment for trade shows and training.
• Attend trade shows for technical discussions and demonstrations.
• Identify market trends and help inform future product development.
