NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to join the Voice of Small Business. This hunter/closer role grows NFIB membership by engaging independent business owners with our proven sales approach.

You’ll master and deliver a 5-minute pitch, enroll new members on the spot, and explain NFIB's advocacy in Washington, D.C. and at state capitals. This W-2 position offers full benefits, uncapped commissions, and comprehensive training to support your success.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: Master and deliver our success-proven, 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• The Close: Use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: Educate owners on how NFIB protects their rights in Washington, D.C., and your state capital.
