National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow membership and drive outcomes in communities across the United States. This hunter/closer role emphasizes in-person cold calls, a proven 5-minute sales presentation, and on-the-spot enrollment and payments.

You will join a mission-driven team with paid training, full benefits, and an uncapped commission plan designed for top performers. A self-directed schedule and field-based success are expected.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: master and deliver our 5-minute verball sales presentation.
• The Close: use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on how NFIB protects their rights in D.C. and state capitals.
