National Federation of Independent Business is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow NFIB membership through in-person outreach and a proven sales model. This Hunter/Closer role focuses on engaging independent business owners, delivering a concise presentation, and closing memberships on the spot.

Qualifications

Owned a business, led a department, or ran a territory with accountability.
Perseverance to conduct face-to-face cold calls and build rapport with small business owners.
Fast learner who thrives on a proven sales model.
Able to advocate for members and explain NFIB protections in advocacy.

Responsibilities

Prospect by meeting small business owners in person (no appointment setting).
Present NFIB's 5-minute sales presentation masterfully.
Close new memberships and process payments on the spot.
Educate owners on NFIB advocacy in Washington, D.C., and state capitals.
