NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate in the United States to drive membership growth through in-person engagements with independent business owners. This hunter/closer role emphasizes a proven sales model and a track record of results in field environments.

You will join a team offering paid training, full medical/dental/vision benefits, and an uncapped commission & bonus plan designed to reward top performers and sustain long-term success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospect in-person to meet independent business owners.
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation effectively.
• Close memberships with an assumptive one-call close.
• Educate owners on NFIB protections in Washington, D.C., and state capitals.
