National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow our membership with independent business owners across sectors. This hunter/closer role emphasizes face-to-face engagement, a proven sales model, and a mission-driven approach to advocate for small business rights in DC and state capitals.

Qualifications

Entrepreneurial spirit and track record of ownership or leadership.
Relational grit for face-to-face outreach with small business owners.
Coach mentality with willingness to learn and apply a proven sales model.
Ability to grow NFIB membership through strategic outreach and advocacy.

Responsibilities

Prospect in-person meetings with small business owners (no appointment setting).
Master and deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation to prospects.
Close memberships on the spot and process payments when appropriate.
Educate owners on NFIB advocacy and how it protects their rights in DC and state capitals.
