NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow membership through in-person, high-impact engagements with small business owners. This Hunter/Closer role rewards top performance with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership experience is valued.
• Strong persistence to conduct face-to-face cold calls and build rapport with owners.
• Willingness to learn and apply a proven sales process.
• Motivation to grow NFIB membership with advocacy work.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointments).
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation with confidence.
• Close memberships with a proactive, assumptive one-call close and on-the-spot payments.
• Educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
