Job summary

The RealReal is seeking motivated, self-driven individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for luxury goods. As a Luxury Sales Specialist (LSS), you will represent the brand in the field—prospecting, cultivating relationships, and building a loyal book of business with a high-end clientele.

Your primary focus will be acquiring luxury consignment inventory from individual clients. This role is ideal for independent professionals who excel at networking, client service, and luxury

Qualifications

• Must build recurring consignment opportunities through a strong personal and professional network.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across women's, men's, fine jewelry, and watches.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality consignments through your network.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships with high-value clientele.
• Develop and implement marketing efforts to attract new consignors and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas driving key metrics and growth.
• Coordinate pickup and shipping to The RealReal fulfillment centers.
• Provide a seamless white-glove consignment experience for clients.
• Explain terms and guide clients through the consignment process.
• Collaborate with Consignor Relations to address client concerns.
