The RealReal is seeking an Associate Luxury Resale Advisor to grow consignor relationships and drive new business through in-home appointments and strategic outreach. You will build a personal book of business, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and lead conversations on pricing and consignment steps.

Ideal candidates are results-driven, customer-obsessed about luxury fashion, and able to travel >70% within the designated market while maintaining a 40-hour workweek in the field.
