Job summary

The RealReal is seeking an Associate Luxury Resale Advisor to grow a luxury consignor book through new client outreach, in-home appointments, and proactive reactivation of lapsed consignors. You will use Salesforce and other tools to manage opportunities, close deals, and deliver high-touch service in the field.

Ideal candidates are self-driven, have luxury goods knowledge, and can travel 70%+. Base plus uncapped commission supports a strong earnings potential, with a total rewards package

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or high-end product sales.
• Strong client relationship and networking skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close new business.
• Willingness to travel 70%+ within territory.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to new, inactive and prospective clients to drive consignments.
• Schedule and conduct in-home appointments to build a book of business.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract new consignors and reactivate accounts.
• Present and review consignment terms, guide pricing, and close deals.
• Collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations teams to resolve client issues.
• Coordinate end-to-end pickup and shipment of consignments, in-field.
